Sharman Jeffries BSc, PhD, C.Psychol, AFBPsS, MSCP, MAC 
Sharman is a Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and and full member of their Special Group of Coaching Psychologists. She is also a member of the Society for Coaching Psychology and for the Association for Coaching.
She is passionate about assisting individuals to fulfill their full potential by providing psychological coaching underpinned by over twenty years experience in voluntary provision of counseling, mentoring and solution basedsupport.
In addition to valuable years of research, she uses extensive experience and knowledge of neurodiversity to offer mentoring and coaching support to individuals for personal, educational or workplace purposes.
She enjoys facilitating the use of creative solutions and/or information technology to engage with abilities and support difficulties. She is also available as a valuable resource for parents whose children receive special educational needs support.
